the program. To bypass the message and be connected directly
to a relationship coach, press 1. You will then be prompted for your
payment information. Once your payment is processed,
you will be connected with a coach.
If you would like to listen to the message describing the
program, simply stay on the line and you will hear a more
detailed explanation of the program. Once the message is
complete, you will be asked to press 1 and you will be prompted
through the payment process. At the end of the payment process,
you will be connected to an Ask Mars Venus Relationship Coach.
You can also get operator assistance to process your call
by pressing 0 at any time.

This standard rate is $1.99 per minute. There is no limit
on the amount of time that you can speak to a relationship coach
and, with this plan, you simply pay for the minutes used
each time you call.

Absolutely. When you call in, one of the options is to be
connected through the system by speaking with a live operator.
If you want to connect with a specific coach, please
choose this option by pressing 0 at any time. When you are
connected to the operator, ask for your favorite coach.
The one challenge here is that it's quite possible that
your coach may be talking with another person. The best
solution is to click
here to request an appointment with a coach. We
will then confirm your appointment with your coach and
that time will be set aside to meet with you. Without setting
an appointment, it is not possible to guarantee reconnecting
with the same coach.

Coaching in this fashion is designed to help you understand
what is going on in your relationship and what you can do to change
it. It is not designed to "fix" your partner
or any other person you want to change. It will help you
identify how you can improve your relationships and
it offers exercises you can do with your partner or by yourself.

The system is designed so that every 10 minutes you will hear an audible beep informing you that 10 minutes have passed. When your card is about to expire, your call will be interrupted and you will hear a recording indicating how much time is left. At that point if you want to extend your call please follow the instructions spoken to you in order to extend. You will be asked for payment information again because, for your protection, we do not store credit card details. All extended minutes are billed at the standard rate of $1.99 per minute. Once the call ends, the system will total the number of minutes used and the charge will be applied to the credit card you chose to extend with. If you do not want to extend your call, but merely want to use your remaining time, please listen for the prompts to reconnect you with your coach.

No, this program is not therapy, or counseling. There are
several people who are therapists or counselors on staff,
but the model we use for working with clients is coaching.
Coaching is designed to give shorter bursts of information
to the caller. The relationship between the coach and
caller takes place on the phone only. Ask Mars Venus Relationship Coaching is designed to help the caller deal with issues
as they happen and does not offer traditional counseling
services like treatment planning, or diagnosis. It is a quick
reference guide to the Mars Venus material exclusively. If
you feel that professional counseling would help you, please
pursue that avenue as well.

Unfortunately, no. Our refund policy is as follows:
Once you are connected to an Ask Mars Venus Relationship Coach, the first three minutes of each call are considered a grace period. If you choose to end the call during that time, you will not be billed - therefore no refund will be necessary. If you choose to continue after the three minutes, you are electing to accept any information provided as services rendered and no refund would be possible. You would be billed for the entire length of the call. All standard calls or minutes extended from a pre-purchased PIN bill at the rate of $1.99 per minute. We make every attempt to provide you with the information you request in the shortest time possible. Our coaches regularly ask if you would like more information and you should feel comfortable ending the call at anytime. Keep in mind that this process can be very empowering and you could lose track of time. To help with this, you will hear an audible tone every ten minutes to help you keep track of the time you have spent.

a specific question you want answered, or are you just looking
for some insight into your relationship? You will feel more satisfied
with your call if you spend a few minutes thinking about
what you really want to accomplish from the call. When you
speak with your coach, share this information with them.

There is no time limit to your call. All of the Ask Mars
Venus Relationship Coaches are trained to offer you the support that
you want in the shortest amount of time possible. It is not
our desire to keep you on the phone longer than necessary.
Coaches are trained to ask you routinely throughout the call
if you want more information. If, at any time, you want to
end the call, simply let the coach know and they can
complete the call. Our intention is to provide you with the
support you are asking for as quickly as possible.
Keep in mind, it does take time for the coach to clearly
understand your situation and they may ask you questions
to speed up this process. Be prepared to share with your
coach the information needed to effectively offer you
a solution. Also, we are not mind readers. We cannot predict
your future. Our commitment is to help you clearly identify
what is wrong, and outline possible solutions.
